Request as proxy: Default pickup service point not populating for sponsor

Steps to repro:

1. Log into snapshot
2. Go to users and edit a user to add a proxy who can request on their behalf
3. In the sponsor record, make sure to select a default pickup service point (in the Extended information section)
4. Then go to Inventory, pick an item and create a request
5. In the requester lookup, search for the proxy's name
6. Then, when you see the popup to choose whether to check out as self or on behalf of sponsor, choose sponsor

Expected: The default pickup service point from the sponsor record should be populated

Actual: The pickup service point isn't populated. See attached screencast.
