Clicking patron barcode in request causes UUID error in Users

Overview: FOLIO throws an error when a user clicks on the requester's name or barcode number in a request

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to the requests app and find an existing request, or else create a new request
3. View details of the request
4. Click on the requester's name or barcode number in the Requester Info section of the request details

Expected Results: Go to the user details for that user

Actual Results: I go to the User app, but I get an error message that describes a UUID problem

Additional Information:

• See attached video. NOTE The same error also happens when you click the requester's name.
• Once you do this, you can no longer load Users (even if you go to the Users app in the application toolbar)
