New item statuses: prevent requests

Purpose: Prevent requests of any type from being made on items with intellectual item, in process (non-requestable), long missing, unavailable, and unknown statuses. (N.B. this does not apply to restricted item status.)

1. Scenario
   • Given an item with one of the following item statuses:
     • Intellectual item
     • In process (non-requestable)
     • Long missing
     • Unavailable
     • Unknown
   • When the item is entered in the New Request form
   • Then display the following modal:
     • Title: Item cannot be requested
     • <Title of item> (<material type of item>) (Barcode: <barcode of item>) has the item status <item status> and cannot be requested.
     • Controls: Close
2. Scenario
   • Given the Item cannot be requested modal from scenario 1
   • When the user clicks Close
   • Then under Request type on the New request form, display "No request types available for selected item"
3. Scenario
   • Given an item with an item status from Scenario 1 in the New Request form
   • When the user clicks Save and Close on the request form
   • Then:
     • Do not save the request
     • Display the Item cannot be requested modal from scenario 1

Notes:

• Other item statuses that this occurs for are declared lost, aged to lost, lost and paid, and withdrawn
