Actions on "Open - Awaiting delivery" Requests

Purpose: To define the various actions possible/not possible for requests with status Open - Awaiting delivery

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Given a request with Status = Open - Awaiting delivery
   • When the pane header dropdown is opened
   • Then the following actions should be available to a user with all permissions:
     • Edit
     • Cancel
     • Duplicate
     • Reorder queue
2. Scenario
   • Given a request with Status = Open - Awaiting delivery
   • When the pane header dropdown is opened
   • Then the following actions should not be available to a user with all permissions: Move request
3. Scenario CB: Out of scope for development - only for testing
   • Given the dedicated request queue page being developed as part of UIREQ-112
   • When an request with status Open - Awaiting delivery is reordered in the queue
   • Then the reorder should be prevented, as this request has already begun fulfillment
   • CB: This scenario is covered in UIREQ-112 scenario 7, but adding here just for testing)
