Don't Set Hold Shelf Expiration Date for Delivery Requests

Purpose: Holds shelf expiration date should only be set for requests going into awaiting pickup on the hold shelf. The purpose of this story is to ensure that we don't set this date for requests where fulfillment preference is delivery. This is the UI story. The backend for this is covered in CIRC-509

User story:
As a circ desk worker
I don't want delivery requests to get a hold shelf expiration date
Because they aren't on the hold shelf for pickup and it doesn't make sense. Per CIRC-509, only the Request expiration date will apply to requests with fulfillment preference = delivery

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Given Request A is a delivery request at the top of the queue for Item X (fulfillment type = Delivery)
   • When the request status becomes "Open - Awaiting delivery" (or at any other time)
   • Don't set hold shelf expiration date in the UI (backend is covered by CIRC-509) and don't allow it to be edited
