Permissions - Requests: Move to new item

Purpose: To create a logical permission set for moving requests from one item to another

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Login to FOLIO
   • Given the Requests module
   • When enabled
   • Then a logical permission should be provided called -"Requests: Move to new item"
2. Scenario
   • Given User A has been given ONLY the permission "Requests: Move to new item"
   • When User A accesses FOLIO
   • Then the Requests app should NOT be visible in the top nav
3. Scenario
   • Given User A has been given a permission that provides access to Requests (e.g. "Requests: View", "Requests: View, edit, cancel" or "Requests: View, create")
   • When User A also has "Requests: Move to new item" permission
   • Then the pane header dropdown on the view mode of the request record should include the "Move request" option
4. Scenario
   • Given User A has been given a permission that provides access to Requests (e.g. "Requests: View", "Requests: View, edit, cancel" or "Requests: View, create")
   • When User A does not also have "Requests: Move to new item" permission
   • Then the pane header dropdown on the view mode of the request record should NOT include the "Move request" option
5. Scenario
   • Given User A has been given "Requests: All permissions" only
   • When User A opens the pane header dropdown
   • Then the "Move requests" option should be available
6. Scenario
   • Given the move request option in the pane header dropdown
   • When clicked
   • Then user should be able to move the request from one item to another (to test this, you need to work with a request for an instance with more than one copy/item)
7. Scenario
   • Given User A has been given the permission "Requests: Move" as part of a custom permission set
   • When User A accesses FOLIO
   • Then User A should have all rights normally conferred by this permission plus whatever additional rights conferred by the users custom permission set.
