Include location (either permanent or temporary) in item information for requests

    Description

      In order to support the introduction of permanent and temporary locations, the summary information for an item needs to be changed to use these instead of the old (and removed) location property.

      It needs to be decided what the precedence rules are for permanent and temporary locations (e.g. when a temporary location is present display this instead of permanent location)

      Scenario for testing:

      1. Scenario
        • Given a request for Item A (create, view and edit mode)
        • When the request is displayed in the Requests app
        • Then the "Shelving location" that displays for Item A should be the "Effective location" from Item A's item record in Inventory (see UIIN-196 for more details on this new field)
