Add an Inventory search to the New request screen - DRAFT

Purpose: Be able to look up Inventory instances and select items from the New request screen

As a staff person
I want to be able to look up an Instance and its items from the New request screen, similar to looking up the patron
So that I can create a request without the barcode or item in hand, without having to look up the barcode over in Inventory first
