Overview: If a user forgets to put in a service point for a new request, it can't be saved, but the error is not obvious. Needs to scroll down to the missing service point field.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
- Create a new request by selecting an item and a user, but do not fill in the service point
- Press New request to save the request
Expected Results: The request is not saved because a service point has not been selected. Scroll the user down to the red service point field and put the cursor there, so that they can fill it in, then save the request.
Actual Results: The request is not saved, but there's no indication of why, unless the user scrolls down. It just looks like the New request [Save] button is not working.
