Requests on Item Should Only Include Open Requests

Steps to Repro:

1. Log into folio-snapshot
2. Go to a request that is Open - Unfilled
3. Add a two more requests for that item
4. Set the Request expiration date on the second request to be in the past
5. Check the item in at the pickup service point defined for the first request in the queue
6. Edit the hold expiration date for the first request so it's in the past
7. Wait an hour
8. The top two request will change status to Closed - Pickup expired and Closed - Unfilled respectively
9. Open any of the 3 requests and look at the "Requests on item" count/link

Expected: Count should be 1 because the count should only include open requests

Actual: Count is 3 because the count is including closed requests

Additional info: When you click the link, only one request shows (which is correct). We just need to adjust that count.
