Clicking Different Row in Requests Search Results Doesn't Refresh Detail Record

      Steps to repro:

      1. Log into snapshot stable
      2. Go to Requests
      3. Click a row to open a detail record
      4. While that record is displaying in the preview pane, click another row in the search results

      Expected: The record displaying in the preview pane should refresh to display the one you just clicked on (see Users for an example of where this is working)

      Actual: Record doesn't refresh
