patron details display as "[object Object]"

Description

Throughout the app, details for the patron and barcode are displayed as [object Object]

Expected behavior

After choosing a patron, the patron's name and barcode will display

Actual behavior

After choosing a patron, [object Object] is displayed

Steps to reproduce

1. Click the row for any open request
2. Note the botched display in the "Requestor" accordion of the details pane

Alternative steps to reproduce

1. Click the "+ New" button to create a new request
2. Click the "Requester look-up" link and choose any patron
3. Note the botched display in the "Requestor" section
