Description
Purpose: To create a logical permission set for Requests. This story focuses on the permission "Requests: All permissions"
Scenarios:
- Scenario
- Login to FOLIO
- Given the Requests module
- When enabled
- Then a logical permission should be provided called "Requests: All permissions"
- Scenario
- Given User A has been given the permission "Requests: All permissions"
- When User A accesses FOLIO
- Then:
- The Requests app should be visible in the top nav
- Requests app should be fully accessible to User A, meaning User A can:
- Search and filter requests
- View Request Detail screen
- View an item's Request Queue
- Create new requests
- Edit all editable fields in a Request
Cancel requestsCB: I am still getting an error when cancelling requests regardless of whether I am logged in as diku_admin or as a user with only Requests permission. There is another bug filed for this:UIREQ-160. Given that, I am going to remove this requirement from this story and move it intoUIREQ-160so this one can be closed.Add notes to requests(CB: We have disabled the Notes feature until we have prioritized completing it)
- Search and filter requests
- The Requests app should be visible in the top nav
- Scenario
- Given User A has been given the permission "Requests: All permissions" as part of a custom permission set
- When User A accesses FOLIO
- Then User A should have all rights normally conferred by this permission (see scenario 2) plus whatever additional rights conferred by the users custom permission set.
Note: The functionality for this story seems to be already in place, but verifying that via testing it would be valuable.
