Ability to edit received pieces

Overview: Users are not able to edit pieces without changing the date received. Institutions like Chalmers have pointed out that this will cause misrepresentations in receiving.

How to reproduce
Create title for receiving
Create piece
Receive piece

Actual: Once received the piece details can not be edited

Expected: User can select an unreceived piece to edit its details. Including caption, comments, supplement and expected receipt date.
