Fill PO Line id on create Item request from Add Item modal

    Description

      Steps to reproduce: create order, create po line with manual add pieces checked; open the order, click on po line details - receive action. In ui-receiving select corresponding title and click Add Piece; select appropriate location to enable Add Item button. Click Add Item and if no error banner at the top fill in required details, click save item.

      actual result: purchaseOrderLineIdentifier attribute isn't set in create item API request.
      expected result: purchaseOrderLineIdentifier is set.
