Edit piece from clicking table row

Overview: Receiving and unreceiving have been removed from the ellipsis menu leaving only edit. For better UX the ellipsis will be removed to allow users to click directly on the piece to edit.

Acceptance criteria:
1)
Given user is viewing title in receiving app
When viewing expected or received piece records in the table
Then Ellipsis does NOT display for any columns

2)
Given user is viewing title in receiving app
When clicking a row for an expected piece record in the table
Then user is shown edit piece modal
Note: user cannot edit received pieces
