Receiving: search for titles - Column headers

Purpose: This will allow the user to search the receiving items by title and see information relating to multiple orders.

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user wants to execute a new search
When searching for title
Then the user has the following options:

• Title (Possibly from POL possibly not if POL was a Package)
• Expected date (From POL)
• Package (Package Name from POL if applicable)
• POL number (from POL)
• Receiving note (From POL)
• Location (From POL)
