Edit Title for receiving/check-in

Purpose: Add title object to hold receiving and title information for one or many pieces relating to a POL

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user wants to edit title for receiving
When clicking edit button in top right or carrot menu
Then edit title modal appears
AND the user can input the following:

• Title (Required, lookup or input, not repeatable)
• POL number (Required, lookup, not repeatable)
• Expected date (Date picker, local format, not repeatable) This should be "Expected receipt date" which is only available for physical format material in POL
• Receiving note (string, not repeatable)
• Must acknowledge receiving note (Toggle)

Given the user has added detail
When ready
Then they can click "Save and close" or "Cancel" to dismiss the modal
