Receiving: search for titles

Purpose: This will allow the user to search the receiving items by title and see information relating to multiple orders.

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user wants to execute a new search
When searching for title
Then the user has the following options:

• Keyword
• Title (Receiving titles)
• Package (POL Package name)
• Product ID (For the specific title or the package)
• PO number
• POL number
• Invoice number (We determined that this is not pressing for finding titles for receiving but may be useful for navigating through titles that were received in past)
• Barcode (Note this is the piece barcode) Small group has said this is not a priority Jan 16 2020.
