Receiving: filter titles

Purpose: This will allow the user to search the receiving items by title and see information relating to multiple orders. It will also facilitate the ability to link multiple titles to a given POL.

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user wants to execute a new search
When searching for title
Then the user has the following filter option: (In order)

• Order status (PO workflow status) (Open and Closed)
• Vendor
• Expected receipt date (Expected receipt date of the Piece)
• Date Received (Date the piece was received)
• Order type (One-time or Ongoing)
• Piece status (Expected, Received) split into separate story see UIREC-42
• Material type (Base on type identified in POL format accordions)
• Order format (Physical, Electronic, P/E mix, Other)
• Tags (POL tags)
• Location
• Acquisitions unit? (Note: may need to split into separate story)
