View title in receiving area

Acceptance criteria:
Given a title has been added
When user clicks on Title in result list
Then they see title detail view in third pane

Given a Title has been added Not all details available to UI, will test as part of schema update issue
When viewing Title details
Then the user can see the following accordions:

• All available Title information
• Expected pieces
• Received pieces

Given there are pieces associated with the title and it's POL Must be able to create pieces to verify so will test as part of UIREC-32
When expanding the Expected accordion
Then the user can see Pieces with status "Expected"

Given there are pieces associated with the title and it's POL Must be able to create pieces to verify so will test as part of UIREC-32
When expanding the Received accordion
Then the user can see Pieces with status "Received"

Note: actions menu for pieces is not in scope of this story.
