Kiwi - Hide "Suppress from discovery" toggle from Piece form

Overview: The toggle for Suppress from discovery that appears on the piece form is not active. It does not work and should be hidden so as not to confuse users about the state of this feature.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into a FOIO environment
2. Open an order with create holdings setting
3. Create piece for order
4. Check display of holdings

Expected Results: "Suppress from discovery" toggle is not visible on piece create/edit forms

Actual Results: "Suppress from discovery" toggle is visible on piece create/edit forms
