Make keyboard shortcuts for receiving screens

Purpose: Have keyboard shortcuts or other quick ways to navigate between various fields of the receiving screens

As a staff person
I want keyboard options to move between various fields and buttons in the receiving screens
So that I can navigate as quickly and efficiently as possible

Scenarios

1. Scenario 
   • Given the Receiving piece full screen view
   • When the user enters a barcode for one piece
   • Then allow them to move to the next row in the table via a keyboard key or shortcut [cmd + opt + downarrow]
   • NOTE: Right now it takes 5 tabs to move to the next barcode field
2. Scenario 
   • Given the Receiving piece full screen view
   • When the user is ready to complete the receiving process
   • Then allow them to press the "Receive" button via a keyboard key or shortcut [cmd + opt + r]
3. Scenario 
   • Given the edit piece modal
   • When the user is ready to receive the piece after editing required fields
   • Then allow them to press the "Quick receive" button via a keyboard shortcut [cmd + opt + r]
4. Scenario 
   • Given the edit piece modal
   • When the user wants to dismiss the modal without saving
   • Then allow them to press the "Cancel" button via a keyboard shortcut [ESC]
5. Scenario 
   • Given the edit piece modal
   • When the user is ready to save the piece after editing required fields
   • Then allow them to press the "Save" button via a keyboard shortcut [cmd + s]
6. Scenario
   • Include standard automated testing coverage; add screenshot or other details to confirm test coverage is in place
