Receiving: Add option to search by Vendor reference number

Purpose: To enable searching by Vendor reference number in the receiving app, the same as is currently allowed for POL

As a staff person receiving materials for which the POL may be difficult to locate
I want to have the option to search by Vendor reference number
So that I can expand the possibilities for being able to find the receiving pieces when I do not have a POL or Product ID

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Receiving app Search options
   • When viewing the list of Search options
   • Then add the option for Vendor reference number at the bottom of the current list
   • And provide search results for based on any Vendor reference number in the pieces' associated POLs
   • Note: The search does not need to take into account the Vendor reference number type
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the Receiving app Search options
   • When the user enters a search for Keyword
   • Then include the Vendor reference number data in the Keyword search results
