Overview: Receiving an expected piece against a closed order Reopens the order.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into bugfest.honeysuckle
2. Click orders app
3. Create order with at least one pol for receiving
4. open order
5. close order
6. navigate to inventory and delete the Item related to your piece (Status order closed)
7. Navigate to receiving for this title
8. Edit expected piece and create a new item
9. Save and close
10. Edit piece again
11. Quick receive piece

Expected Results: Receiving is successful and the order remains closed

Actual Results: Piece is received successfully BUT the order is now Open
