Derived a new MARC bib record | 035 / 019 is not saved

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Inventory app
2. Search for a record where Source = MARC
3. Choose a record that has an existing MARC 035 or 019 field
4. On the instance record, open the Actions menu and select Derive a new MARC bib record
5. 019 and 035 fields do not display any values
6. Make edits to the record including adding values to 019 and 035
7. For 019 add ǂa 244170452 AND for 035 add $a(FoLIO)41063988
8. Click Save & close button
9. Go to Actions > View Source to verify that View Source displays newly created MARC bib record OR Go to Actions > Edit in quickMARC to verify that bib record

Expected outcome: 019 or 035 should display the values noted in the Steps to reproduce section.

Actual outcome: 019 or 035 contains no values. See Records with the following HRIDs. You can search by these values by clicking on the Inventory search dropdown and selecting HRID.
