quickMARC permissions

*Purpose: * Allows viewing and editing of MARC SRS records from an Inventory Instance in quickMARC

As a cataloging manager
I want to be able to assign quickMARC permissions to staff
So that they can view and edit MARC records quickly

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the list of permissions available in the Users app
   • When a staff member wants to add quickMARC-related permissions to an individual user
   • Then they should see an option for "quickMARC View, edit"
   • Which allows the following:
     • Access to the quickMARC app
     • "Edit in quickMARC" appears in the action menu on Inventory Instances that have Source = MARC (i.e. have an underlying SRS MARC Bib record)
     • The user can view SRS MARC Bibliographic records in quickMARC
     • The user can edit and save SRS MARC Bibliographic records in quickMARC
