Saving a new bib record / a new instance record - Handling delays

Given user A clicks on Derive a new MARC bib record
When s/he hits Save
AND it takes several seconds for the MARC bib record AND Instance record to be created (Status = In Progress)
Then third pane

• Show an empty third pane with a loading indicator AND display this toast notification [Creating record may take several seconds.]
• Once newly created instance (Status = Created) is available then show it WITH another toast notification [Record created.]
• AND if Status = Error then display an empty pane AND error toast notification [Unable to create record due to system error. Please try again or contact support.]
• AND if Status = Progress for more than 20 seconds THEN display a toast notification [Creating this record is taking longer than expected. Please check back later if record is available or contact support.]

Assumptions

• Second pane should show results (no change current behavior) and user should be able to click on a result to update the third pane with that selected result
• Any actions should not cancel the process of attempting to save record to SRS and Create new MARC Bib Record
• Assume Empty pane will behave similar to empty pane in Settings.
