Description
Purpose:
In order to apply source-record states storing mechanism one need to implement corresponding changes on quickMARC.

As a user
I want to know quickMarc edit status and when changes have been applied
Scenarios:

- Given MARC record
- When I open quickMarc record
- Then record status (Current, In Progress, Error) and last updated time are displayed in pane sub title (e.g. https://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com/inventory/view/7fbd5d84-62d1-44c6-9c45-6cb173998bbd?filters=discoverySuppress.true&sort=title sub title is publish info for instance)
