    Description

      Given a user edits a MARC authority record

      AND the authority record is already linked based on 001 

      When user adds or edits a 010 $a 

      AND hits Save 

      Then show the following toast notification: Cannot add or edit 010 $a for an authority record linked to a bibliographic record. To make this change, you must unlink this authority record from bibliographic records. 

      AND do not allow the user to proceed with making the 010 update. 

      Does not apply to adding or editing 010 $z 

      Requirement: User cannot edit an authority record's 010 $a when the 001 is linked to a bibliographic record
