Create Orig Authority Record: Populate new record with default Leader values

Purpose: To populate the newly created record with default Leader values to increase efficiency and add system generated values.

Requirements:

• In addition to system-generated positions, populate the Leader of the new MARC authority record with the values:

  • Leader Position	Default Value
    05	n
    17	o
    18	|

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the user selects the option to add a new MARC Authority Record from the  "Actions" menu within the MARC authority app
   • When the new record appears in the quickMARC UI
   • Then the Leader values should be populated system generated positions and default values for editable positions
   • AND the user should be able to edit positions 5, 17, and 18
