UI check for Leader and 008 in quickMARC

Purpose: to ensure changes made to the 008 and/or Leader match

User story statement(s):

As a librarian, I want to ensure that the overlapping fields in the 008 and Leader match when a record is saved in quickMARC, so that the correct information is in the record.

Scenarios:

Scenario 1:

• Given the edited record
• When I click Save and close
• Then a UI check occurs to make sure the Leader and 008 overlapping bytes match

Scenario 2:

• Given that the overlapping bytes from the Leader and 008 match
• When I click Save and close
• Then the record is saved to SRS in MARC format

Scenario 3:

• Given that the overlapping bytes from the Leader and 008 do NOT match
• When I click Save and close
• Then a toast appears, "Record cannot be saved. The Leader and 008 do not match."
