FE - Linking Bib field 240 to Authority field 100/110/111

As a cataloger, I want to link title information in an authority Name-title record to the 240 MARC bib field so that only title information is controlled since 240 is a MARC bib field that should only contain title information.

Requirements 

• Applies to Edit/Derive a new MARC bib record
• Enable linking for MARC bib field 240 
• When user links a MARC authority record (100/110/111) that contains $t THEN the authority record is eligible to be linked to the MARC bib field 240. 
• When user links a MARC authority record (100/110/111) that contains $t  to the MARC bib field 240 THEN only populate and control that field with the 100/110/111 MARC authority information 
  • $f - Date of a work (NR)
  • $h - Medium (NR)
  • $k - Form subheading (R)
  • $l - Language of a work (NR)
  • $m - Medium of performance for music (R)
  • $n - Number of part/section of a work (R)
  • $o - Arranged statement for music (NR)
  • $p - Name of part/section of a work (R)
  • $r - Key for music (NR)
  • $s - Version (R)
  • $t - Title of a work (NR)
  • $g - Miscellaneous information (R)
• $t in the above list always populated MARC bib 240 $a. $t does not exist for MARC bib field 240 https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd240.html
