Not expected validator message in quickmarc editor

Based on UIQM-234 : "If a user edits a record and the 008 is blank (see screenshot 3) because the Leader 06 value is invalid then return this message: Record cannot be saved. Cannot edit 008 due to invalid Leader 06. Please update this record's Leader 06. Valid values are listed at https://loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bdleader.html "

Actually in this case folio returns message "'Record cannot be saved. Please enter a valid Leader 06. Valid values are listed at https://loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bdleader.html'"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the "Source" accordion button and check thе "MARC" checkbox from expanded accordion.
2. To view the "Instance" record, click on it at result list.
3. Click on the "Actions" dropdown button and select "Edit MARC bibliographic record" option from the dropdown list.
4. Edit "06" position of "LDR" field with any invalid value. [e.g.:"h"]
5. Edit "07" position of "LDR" field with any valid value.  [e.g.:"m"]
6. Click on the "Save & close" button.

Expected Results:

Error message "*"Record cannot be saved. Cannot edit 008 due to invalid Leader 06. Please update this record's Leader 06. Valid values are listed at https://loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bdleader.html"." should be presented

Actual Results:

Folio returns error "'Record cannot be saved. Please enter a valid Leader 06. Valid values are listed at https://loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bdleader.html'"
