    Description

      Context: To address issues where bad Leader data is imported and saved then allow user to edit these values.  

      Requirements

      • Given I am editing a MARC authority record Then allow me to edit the following Authority Leader field positions only: 05, 17, 18
      • Make the Leader field editable 
      • If user changes a position that is not 05, 17, 18 and hits Save then display a red toast notification: Record cannot be saved. Please check the Leader. Only positions 5, 17, and 18 can be edited in the Leader.
        • Follow this red toast notification pattern
