Add a new MARC holdings/Edit MARC Holdings - 852 field display a Location Lookup link and modal

As a user I want to make sure that I can easily enter the Location code (aka $b) without having to remember the code.

Requirement

• Apply to Add new MARC holdings and Edit MARC holdings records
  -If user enter a MARC tag value 852 then below the subfield value text box display a Permanent Location Lookup link (see screenshot 1)
• When user clicks on Permanent Location Lookup link Then display Permanent Location lookup modal (see screenshot 2)
• Hit Save populates $b <<Location code value selected>> in the 852 MARC tag (see screenshot 3)
