Add a MARC holdings > Get two toast notifications > Success and Failed

1. Using https://folio-testing.dev.folio.org/
2. Go to Inventory
3. Find an instance record with source = MARC
4. Open Actions menu and select Add a MARC holdings record
5. Make the following changes
   1. Change Leader to [00000nx\\\2200000zi\4500]
   2. Add a 008 field but do not add satisfy the fixed length requirement
   3. Add a 852 $b KU/CC/DI/P $h BR140 $i .J86 $x dbe=c $z Current issues in Periodicals Room $x CHECK-IN RECORD CREATED
6. Hit Save & Close

Expected outcome: Show error message that 008 does not satisfy the fixed length requirement OR autopopulate missing position values with a backslash. Do not show a successful message as it is not successful.

Actual outcome: Two toast notifications display. 1.) Successful and 2.) Unsuccessful
