Description
Purpose: Each input field on a form must have a label. The label can be hidden or appear when you hover the input field.
Acceptance criteria:
- fields should have labels or area labels (hidden variant). stephaniesbuck could you suggest values can be used to define labels?
- Scenario 1
- Given I am in a quickMARC record
- When I view the record
- Then the Up arrows should be labeled "Move field up a row."
- Scenario 2
