Edit quickMarc accessibility

Purpose: Each input field on a form must have a label. The label can be hidden or appear when you hover the input field.

Acceptance criteria:

• fields should have labels or area labels (hidden variant). stephaniesbuck could you suggest values can be used to define labels?

1. Scenario 1
   • Given I am in a quickMARC record
   • When I view the record
   • Then the Up arrows should be labeled "Move field up a row."
2. Scenario 2
   • Given I am in a quickMARC record
   • When I view the record
   • Then the Down arrows should be labeled "Move field down a row."
3. Scenario 3
   • Given I am in a quickMARC record
   • When I view the record
   • Then the Plus sign icons should be labeled "Add a new field."
4. Scenario 4
   • Given I am in a quickMARC record
   • When I view the record
   • Then the Trash can icon should be labeled "Delete this field."
5. Scenario 5

   • Then the three digit text boxes should be labeled "Field"
