Bugfest. Instance. Assign an child/parent relation throws the Something went wrong error page

Overview: When testing UIIN-1902, then assigning a related instance was not possible because constantly I got the 'Something went wrong' error page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot as a user with edit permission of Instances (e.g. just use folio)
2. Go to any instance, source = FOLIO
3. Select edit of the instance, and drill down to the Instance relationship section.
4. Try to add 1 other instances as "child instance" by using the instance look up component, by click on the + icon
5. search for a title in the instance lookup component
6. select any instance

Expected Results:
The instances get linked together as related instances (parent-child)

Actual Results:
I get the error page. Something went wrong ...

If I then click refresh, I'm thrown all back to Inventory landing page, so all work is being erased.

Additional Information: Can not continue the verification of the work done for UIIN-1902 (In bugfix Review), until this bug is solved
