Search of existing instance not works as expected in process of movement of holdings records

Overview: in process of movement holdings record from one instance to another need to select new instance into "Select instance" modal window. Actually I can't find existing instance into this window. Related with TC C345404

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO Snapshot as User Diku_admin
2. Go to Inventory
3. Make import of instance record by id "176116217". Remember initial instance hrId.
4. Make import of instance record by id "176116217" at the second time. Remember additional instance hrId.
5. Create new holdings record through Actions->"Add MARC holdings record"
6. Into quickmarc editor - set 852 to "$b E"
7. Save changes
8. Close Holdings record view
9. Run "Move holdings/items to another instance"
10. Select initial instance by hrId into modal search window

Expected Results:

Second instance record should be found

Actual Results:

Folio can't find additional instance record.
