Description
UXPROD-2860 outlines work that needs to be done to handle manual matching of titles when the automated matching fails. This issue captures the relevant UI work, and links to other relevant documents. (It may end up needing to be moved to a different Jira project, but the main thing for now is just to get it all in one place.)
