eUsage app displays extra accordion that show only JSON code

The eUsage app is now showing two extra accordions that, when expanded, show JSON code. They are labeled "n COUNTER Reports" and "n COUNTER Titles." I assume this is some kind of debugging help, but we need to remember to remove it when we finalize the project.
