Permissions problems with ui-organizations

Problems has been found in https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com

1) If only "Organizations: all permissions for Create, View, Edit and Delete organizations " granted application throws the error (see ...1500.png); I have to add "Organizations: View organizations" to make this error go away.
Note: Need All orgs perm & Orgs module enabled, but do not need View orgs

2) The same applies if I want to enable "Organizations: Delete organizations" or
(A-M): error message when trying view Orgs with Delete & Module enabled permissions only. See attached DeleteOrgsPermError.PNG, and use logon createorgs/admin on folio-snapshot

3) "Organizations: Update organizations" permissions separately
(A-M): error message when trying view Orgs with Update & Module enabled permissions only. See attached EditOrgsPermError.PNG, and use logon createorgs/admin on folio-snapshot

4) When "Organizations: Create organizations" is enabled then NEW button is NOT visible.
(A-M): error message when trying view Orgs with Create & Module enabled permissions only. See attached CreateOrgsPermError.PNG, and use logon createorgs/admin on folio-snapshot. Wasn't able to check the New button

5) Also tested View orgs permissions (plus Orgs module enabled): Can view the orgs, but I don't have any Create, Edit, Delete buttons
