Purpose: The Organizations Create/Edit screens have "Remove" buttons in places where they should have trash can icons

POL - Fund remove - GOOD.PNG shows a proper trashcan "remove" icon
The following need to be changed from remove buttons to the trashcan icon:
- Orgs - Alt name Remove.PNG
- Orgs - Address & Phone Remove.PNG
