Add (assign) "contact person" to organization

Purpose: A new form needs to be created that will allow the user to create or add a "contact person" to an organization.

Acceptance criteria
1)
Given that the user wants to add an existing person as a contact person
When expanding contact people accordion on organization edit form
Then the user can click "Add contact" button

2)
Given that the user has clicked "Add contact"
When add contact modal is shown
Then the user can search for contact people
AND filter by Status or Categories

3)
Given the user has searched for contact people
When results are show
Then user can select specific contact people
AND click "Save and close" to assign them to organization

4)
Given the user has checked "Select more"
When clicking "Save and close"
Then the contact people will be assigned and the modal will be refreshed but not dismissed
AND the "Select more" will remain checked

5)
Given a user has expanded the contact people accordion
When clicking the x at the end of the row for a given contact person
Then that contact person will be unassigned from the organization

6)
Given a user has reached the view contact form
When clicking the carrot
Then the user will see "Un-assign" as an option in the list of actions
AND can un-assign the contact person from the organization
