make org status values consistent with back-end

    Description

      Purpose: consistency.
      Acceptance criteria:

      • UI operates only with statuses defined in back-end enum from corresponding ticket MODORGS-25.

      NOTE: once this is fixed, it may resolve UIORGS-27. Check it when this is done, and if all is fine, close it as a duplicate.
