Organizations - Cancel/dismiss version history and reload current version

Purpose: Give the user the ability to close the change log that displays all edits that have been made to the record and display the current version once again

User story statement(s):

As an ordering staff member,
I want to be able to see all changes that have been made to an organization over time
so that I can understand what has change and why we changed it and so that I can see changes made by integrations in case we need to troubleshoot them.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given user has opened the change log
   • When looking in the top right corner of the record header
   • Then Action button is hidden (according to comment below), change log icon AND Tags icon are disabled
2. Scenario:
   • Given user has opened the change log
   • When user click "X" in top left of change log
   • Then close change log pane and reload the current version of the record
