Description
Purpose: Libraries want to prevent the deletion of Organization records that are associated with Order and/or Invoice records in order to prevent "invalid reference" from displaying in the Organization or Vendor field within those records. This associated records check is consistent with other record deletion behavior within FOLIO.

User story statement(s):
As a maintainer of Organization records,
I want to be prevented from deleting Organization records associated with Orders and/or Invoices
so that Orders and Invoices do not lose potentially important information
and so that Orders and Invoices do not display "Invalid reference" in the "Vendor" field
Scenarios:
- Delete Organization with an associated Order:
- Given that an Organization has an associated Order with status of Open or Closed
- When I attempt to delete that Organization
- Then the system should prevent the deletion
- Delete Organization with an attached Invoice:
- Given that an Organization has an associated Invoice with status of Approved, Paid or Cancelled
- When I attempt to delete that Organization
- Then the system should prevent the deletion
- Notification
- Given that Scenarios 1 and 2 have been addressed
- When the system prevents deletion of an Organization record
- Then the system should notify the user as to why the deletion was prevented
