App UI changes related to Vendor pivot

Purpose: To change the Vendor app into an Organizations app. This only covers the app name and landing page changes. Other portions of this change are covered in other stories

As a staff person
I want to be able to find the Organizations app, which replaces the Vendors app
So that I can search and enter necessary information for organizations

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Organizations (previously Vendor) app
   • When a User clicks the Organizations app
   • Then a revised landing page should be displayed with the word Organizations substituted for Vendor (see highlights on attached landing page)
     • Name of the app in the browser tab becomes Organizations
     • Name of the app in the top left of the landing page becomes Organizations [will this also change the app name in the apps dropdown menu at the top right of the landing page?]
     • Filter label for Vendor status becomes Organizations status
     • Header name of the second pane (results list) becomes Organizations
     • Label for the Vendor status column in the second pane (results list) becomes Organizations status
2. Scenario 2
   • Not sure if any testing coverage is needed, since this is just relabeling, but if testing coverage is needed, please ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot

NOTE: Confirmed that the app name is Organizations with an "s"
