Typos in vendor record detail view screen

Overview: There's a few typos in the field labels toward the bottom of the vendor record. This applies to the detail view for a vendor record, not the create/edit screens.

NOTE: This may be resolved by UIORGS-2; review that work once it's complete and see if this ticket can perhaps be closed as a duplicate.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to the vendor app
3. View the detailed record for a vendor
4. Expand all of the accordions
5. View the various accordions noted below

Expected Results: All labels should be spelled correctly

Actual Results: The following ones need to be fixed:

• Alternative name section
  • description should be Description
• Address accordion
  • State/Prov./Region Format* should be Region (good enough)
  • categories should be Categories
